The Voice Dialogue process allows us to discover more of who we are; for exploring and managing our opposing “inner voices” we often experience when faced with decisions. Some common opposites we can explore are:

These are only a few opposites that operate in all of us. We are often identified with one side or the other, thinking that we enjoy freedom. In order to truly experience freedom, we need to respect and take both sides into consideration. When we don’t, we continue to attract our opposites into our lives, creating barriers to personal fulfillment and effectiveness.
